Terms of Use
Last updated September 4, 2026
By using MatchDoku you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
The game
MatchDoku is a timed sudoku game with practice, daily, and progression modes, optional accounts, and public leaderboards. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time. The service is provided as-is, without warranties.
Accounts
Sign-in uses a one-time code emailed to you. You are responsible for access to that inbox. Display names appear on public leaderboards. Do not impersonate others or use an email you do not control.
Fair play
Do not cheat, automate play, scrape, attack, or overload the service. Do not try to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or other players' accounts. We may remove scores, suspend accounts, or block access if we believe these terms were violated.
Your content
Gameplay records (times, scores, and related stats) may be shown on leaderboards. You grant us a license to store and display that data as needed to operate the game.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We do not promise uninterrupted service, preserved scores, or that puzzles or rankings will stay unchanged. Daily puzzles are the same for every player on a given UTC date, per difficulty, but generation or hosting issues can delay or alter a board.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MatchDoku and its operator are not liable for lost data, lost scores, or any damages that arise from using or being unable to use the game. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we revise them.
